Our personal training program is tailored to cater to your needs based on your fitness goals - losing weight, gaining muscles, tone-up, sharpening your technical or clinching skills as well as fighters looking to train for their fight.

Our professional trainer will guide you during the session and keep you motivated. Personal training allows you the opportunity to train and progress at an accelerated rate which includes cardio and strength training, conditioning as well as refining your techniques both in and out of the ring.
